Peetzi jewelry designs are custom, handmade pieces made with the finest semi-precious gemstones, beautiful pearls, metals and Swarovski crystals. We use silver plated, sterling silver, copper and raw brass metals unless otherwise noted. Our pearls range from freshwater potato, rice and baroque shapes to stick and coin. Our pearls and semi-precious gemstones are beauties from nature and at times, they are rustic and natural. This is intended to enhance to look of a piece. Because each piece is created by hand, no two are exactly alike.

Reviewing Your Order
Print the receipt and retain it for your records. You will receive an email confirmation that your order was received. We will also email you when your order has been shipped. At this time we are only accepting orders placed within the continental US and Puerto Rico (that is for you, our Delgado family members). State Law requires us to collect a sales tax on all orders shipped to a Colorado address.
All orders must be accompanied with payment. The online order form includes secured credit card processing steps. Even though our shopping cart is processed through PayPal, you do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase from Peetzi. When you reach the payment processing screen, instead of logging on to PayPal, click on the “Continue” link above the credit card emblems. The screen will then allow you to enter your credit card information. For your convenience, Peetzi accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover Card as well as PayPal. Your method of payment will be billed at the time your order is placed.
Once you have placed your order, we will respond with an order confirmation via email to the email address that you indicated on your order form. This confirmation will detail all charges, including shipping and any taxes, pertaining to your order. If your order is custom, please allow 1 - 2 weeks for your order to be completed. Otherwise, orders will be sent within 2 - 3 business days of receipt of a CLEARED payment (if you are using a PayPal method which debits directly from your bank account). Orders using a credit card or credit card backed through PayPal will be processed immediately. Once an order is shipped, we will send you an additional email to notify you of shipping.
Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of order placement. Because we try to process and ship within 2 - 3 business days, a request to cancel after 24 hours may result in an order that has already been processed.
Shipping & Handling
We ship via USPS Priority Mail. Priority packages will be received within 2 - 5 business days of shipping. Shipping and Handling prices vary depending on the size of the order. For an upgrade to Express Delivery, pricing is available at the end of the shopping cart processes. Express Delivery states a 1 – 2 day delivery time via the postal service. For an alternate method of delivery, please contact us for pricing.
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. All returns must be shipped to us prepaid. Merchandise returned to us must be in new, resaleable condition and in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns for special orders.
There is a one year, limited warranty on all handmade jewelry. The warranty covers manufacturing defects affecting the structural integrity of the piece under NORMAL conditions but does not cover abuse, neglect or acts of God. Peetzi's liability is limited by the cost of the purchase. Purchase of our product constitutes your acceptance of our policies. Please review our Storage, Care and Handling information, provided with your new jewelry, very carefully when you receive your purchase. This will help to prevent damage and ensure your piece remains a beauty!
